Level 2: Designed for school administrators, teachers, and school staff, the goal of this training is to establish a base of knowledge about the impact of trauma on learning and provide participants with an introduction to trauma-informed schools and trauma-sensitive practices.

This course provides 6 professional development contact hours. Contact hours are validated by a certificate provided upon course completion. These trainings will be from 8:00am - 3:15pm.

The two-week STRIVE ACADMEY held at USC Upstate, BMW Plant Spartanburg, and BMW Performance Center teaches process improvement tools used by leading companies in manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services to improve quality and reduce costs for their customers. You can learn these tools through fun activities such as manufacturing simulations, virtual reality exercises, a catapult competition, and more!

This summer, take the first steps towards an exciting STEM career at STRIVE ACADEMY!

  • Students of Spartanburg & Greenville County Schoolers

  • Rising 10th & 11th graders
